- Manage the design process from conception through to final styling, analyze and select fabrics, trims, fastenings, and embellishments
- Check and ensure the finishing quality and fitting measurements for all new samples are according to the specification before proceeding with mass production.
- Work with technical designer & production development to ensure products designed can be mass produced and to ensure production cost target is met.
- Prepare detail artworks for parts of product to send to supplier for development.
- Market research by identifying products position, new trends, fabric, and customer needs.
