Jayaharitha Ravi

I am currently a Final Year student in the Singapore University of Social Sciences, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a minor in Political Science. On top of my academic credentials, I am also the president and founder of the SUSS Community Languages Interest Group – focused on developing students’ ability to communicate with marginalized groups in Singapore.

Human Resource: Coordinated the efforts required to build meaningful engagement initiatives for the employees as well as to streamline current HR processes. Also, led the entire recruitment cycle of all interns onboarded and supported the team in producing key deliverables of talent management practices. 

Customer Excitement - Engaged in multiple creative discussions with many stakeholders to bring the team's visions to life whilst driving the sustainability manifesto. 

Customer Success: Managed the onboarding process of global customers into the Acentrik data exchange platform by conducting product walkthroughs and follow-ups.

I have a 7-year education experience in HR with specialization in Political Science and Psychology.
