Jeanyi Yieo

I am a graduate from NTU Biological Sciences with robust knowledge and extensive experience in the life sciences and healthcare field. I am passionate about making a change in the healthcare industry by solving challenging problems alongside businesses in the scene to be a part of delivering better medical solutions to improve patient outcomes. I thrive a dynamic and challenging work place and appreciate working in an immersive culture, ideating with team mates of various expertise. I look forward to making an impact, especially through the works within the healthcare landscape. 

Starting off in the life sciences industry, I first engaged in scientific and clinical research to build my strong foundation and appreciation for the intricacies of the scientific background that goes behind medical solutions. From this, I pivoted into a more commercial role as a Marketing intern at a pharmaceutical giant, Novartis, where I had the chance to be on the frontline of a business to watch how the healthcare business is played out in the field and how medical innovations are being brought into market and local healthcare landscapes. In my latest endeavour across these 4 years, I hopped onto a strategic role within Asia- Pacific's MedTech trade association, as a strategic projects and partnerships intern, where I got to be in touch with the latest MedTech trends in the world and managed projects revolving around topics like Value of Health Data, incorporating innovation within MNCs and MedTech Start-ups and even working on database implementation projects within the team.  

I graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor with Honours (Distinction) in Biological Sciences. throughout my undergraduate years, I've had the opportunity to take on many interesting modules which not just built my strong foundations in Biology and Life Sciences, by also, honed my interest and passion to serve the larger healthcare landscape over the years.
