I have been a Technology and Operations Business Partner in multinational companies for 20 years. I connect and manage people, process, and technology to deliver business outcomes. I work primarily in the technology and business operations space.

As a Change Management Leader, I see a need for companies to build change capability within their organizations and their people, to make them resilient and adaptable to change. I believe this is what will set apart businesses that will thrive in the future.
