  • Send email communication with parents, teachers and internal staffs
  • Contact parents for students absentee’s
  • Coordinate Lost and Found for school
  • Answer incoming calls, try to assist the caller and transfer calls to the respective departments
  • Assist all necessary work required from the admission team
  • Take access control of calendar bookings for the conference room
  • Assist transportation team during school dismissal
