Senior Broadcast Operations Officer                      : December 2021-present     
     
Responsibilities as a Senior Officer ; 

• Represent SPTL professionally to Channel’s requests in day-to-day Operations 
• Implement current SPTL standards and procedures to ensure highest level of service to Channel 
• Performed troubleshooting/maintenance follow up of On-air Transmission with highly equipped technical knowledge and abilities
• Contribute to team’s cohesion/productivity of individual/team development through in-depth training of new/current hardware/software
• Innovate and recommend new procedures to improve workplace dynamics
• Assisting and assuming the role of Supervisor on managing Team’s Work Schedule, emphasise on Sony Work Ethics to promote a healthy and positive working environment

Responsibilities as a Broadcast Officer ; 

• Managing of On-air technical presentation of International Networks in the Asia region
• Monitoring up to 70 Channel feeds for technically acceptable subtitles, graphics, and audio language and video signals
• Perform recovery procedures to maintain seamless transmission of Channel feed
• Managing of new or revised transmission logs, ensure accurate revision or appending revised logs
• Perform required configurations and ingesting of Live Sports events of digital video servers
• Perform technical QC on various content received for broadcast, eg : Transmission logs, Channel graphics, programmes and commercials
