I am a Data Science student with a combined 2 years of experience helping companies identify threats and opportunities before presenting findings, projections and recommended actions. 

Some examples include: 

• As an analyst for two different US-based esports teams(LA Gladiators and Washington Justice), I worked with the strategy team to put together a data-based report on the best players around the world at that time period. The team achieved a top 4 placing in the Overwatch League, a multi-million dollars franchised competitive league. 

• As a data analytics intern in ARUP, I worked with the Digital Engineering team to build automated scripts in the Microsoft environment to streamline data transformation and collection. I also built visual reports using SQL and Power Bi to derive insights for civil-engineering based data. 

I get excited about opportunities where I get to work on improving how data is collected, tranformed and then presented with actionable insights. 

 

ARUP - Data Analyst

• Converted data into actionable insights with Power Bi, Excel and SQL for ARUP's management
• Created 5+ automated scripts with Power Automate to run ETL flows, increasing efficiency of internal workflow
• Moved multiple projects worth of data from Oracle's CMS(Construction Management Software) to Sharepoint databases with Postman and Azure Logic Apps.

• Managed a team of coaches and analysts in an international franchised  tournament (Overwatch League)
  • Utilised Python to write 3 algorithms that identified low value high potential players 
  • Handled a budget of $1.2 million for player acquisition
