I have graduated with Master of Business Administration: IT Systems and is ITIL certified , CISM Certified and has completed PMP course. I have 20 years of IT experience. I was overseeing all technical aspects of IT infrastructure including Servers (Nutanix), Network, IT operation, IT security. I am responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and disposal of systems. I have 7 years as a Project Manager and Operations Manager. I am covering widely Server, Security, Network, Desktop, and Service Desk. I was last hands on was 2 years ago, current currently still a technical person. I am a Server and Network person and I have experienced in setting up new data centers. We engaged a 3rd party vendor for project implementation and Server maintenance. As for smaller projects, me and my internal engineers will manage themselves. My technical skills/competencies are Microsoft Windows servers, Palo Alto Firewall, Cisco switches. VMware 7.0 6.7. Nutanix, IT Security Audit, Third Party vendor Management. 

Types of project included: Site to site VPN projects for APAC using PA, Data centre setup in China / Vietnam / Indonesia offices, Nutanix (Hyperconverged system) for South East SEA , office relocation projects (Data Centres ), AVAYA IP phone system implementation, Windows 10 rollout to APAC

Responsible for information security and risk management of 6 locations in Southeast Asia. Responsible for all IT security issues from an enterprise perspective including standards development and deployment, projects, operations, and compliance. Developed IT Security strategy and policies., Managed IT efforts related to internal, external, and third-party audits.
