DIGITAL LEARNING MANAGEMENT

• Analyze, design learning roadmaps to promote digital literacy & adoption supporting the digitalization roadmap strategy in our community.
• Collaborate with external agencies example Cyber Security Agency, Google Analytics to customize learning curriculum to match adult learners’ requirements & interest.
• Customized materials & conduct blended learning methodology Group Learning sessions &workshops using various apps & digital tools to enhance learning experience.
• Source & work with partners to deliver in demand content which are outside current IMDA-SDO domain curriculum.
• Drive & implement initiatives to promote a culture of lifelong learning supporting the Digital for Life program.

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

• Monitor the effectiveness & efficiency of engagement process through post session evaluations & surveys to close gaps in the delivery & content management.
• Part of Review Team which evaluate feedback, data trends, KPIs to close gaps & meet new trends & needs of learning landscape.
• Create bi-lingual digital content presentation decks for use in group learning by the 3 EC GRC Digital Ambassador teams.

STAKEHOLDERS MANAGEMENT

• Collaborate with corporate organizations, private enterprises, religious organizations, healthcare sectors, AACs, SACs & NGOs across different disciplines, community & clusters to create learning solutions that fulfils objectives & competency requirements.  

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Conduct training to East Coast GRC Digital Ambassadors to conduct group learning sessions. This includes role playing & simulation of environments which varies from different NGOs & organizations. 
• Manage the Volunteers Program which include students, various volunteer organizations by conducting monthly learning sessions to enhance the guidance to others. 
• Work with partners to leverage on their digital technologies to optimize & enhance learning solutions. Example Google, Huawei & various banks.
