- Provide IT support onsite to user’s location and to those walk-in end users at IT Solution Center.
- Set-up and install new computing hardware and software; setting up accounts for new user.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and applications.
- Create and handle service request and incident tickets using the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform PC inventory, and conduct survey tasks on equipment use for Zoom communications.
- Deployment of Laptop and Desktop PCs to newly hire users, creating temporary password for user to login with his/her LAN ID, then afterwards create his/her own permanent password.

- Provide IT technical onsite support to end user problems/issues which includes identification, diagnosis, rectification and escalation.
- Printer deployment and maintenance.
- Perform installation, de-installation, configuration, technical supports, troubleshooting and resolution to the end users.
- Perform receiving and collection of new laptops, desktops, and printers at Receiving Bays.
- Mass Cloning of newly ordered PCs (Laptop and Desktop computers/ Dell and Lenovo models) using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) latest version.
- Install Microsoft Office and other security softwares such as SecureDoc, BitLocker, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Skype for Business, BIOS firmware upgrade to newest version.
- Updating BIOS firmware to the latest version for Dell Computers (Laptop and Desktop).
- Escalating issues to the client Program Management.

- Train intern on cloning, preparing, labelling of new laptop and desktop PCs, including renaming or updating Hostnames and join-domain to Active Directory.
