As a registered psychologist, I am dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds achieve their personal growth and well-being. I have specialized in working with teenagers with special needs, providing evidence-based treatment, counselling and group intervention to enhance their social-emotional skills and promote positive mental health outcomes. I believe in the power of a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship, and client-centered intervention that take into account each person's unique, strengths, challenges and goals.

• Promoted to Senior Manager and Senior Lead Psychologist in recognition of exceptional performance and leadership abilities.
• Lead a team of 11 allied professionals, including social workers, speech therapists, psychologists, art therapist and other providers e.g. locum, interns, relief.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client outcomes and meet organizational goals. 
• Oversea resource allocation for the team, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to operational targets set by the organization.
• Provide leadership, coaching and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous learning.
• Deliver individual and group therapy, as well as psychological assessments, to clients with a variety of mental health concerns, educational placement, social-emotional learning and behavioral needs.
• Conduct research and publish articles on topics related to psychology and neurodiversity.
