I have graduated with Master in Health Services Management from Griffith University and Diploma in Nursing from Parkway College. 

As a Senior Application Specialist in Clinical Informatics, my job scope revolves mainly on providing support to the overall Hospital Information System (HIS) and its integration with other clinical systems, working closely with business and clinical users, as well as providing training on HIS/ EMR Application to the doctors and nurses. I have also participated in Major System Migration and provide production standby support to troubleshoot the issues. 

I am a service-oriented person with keen eye for details and proactive and initiative team player. 

I have more 3 years of experience in Clinical Informatics and 8 years in Oncology Nursing. As a Senior Application Specialist in Clinical Informatics, my job scope revolves mainly on providing support to the overall Hospital Information System (HIS) and its integration with other clinical systems, working closely with business and clinical users, as well as providing training on HIS/ EMR Application to the doctors and nurses. I have to work hand in hand not only with my internal team members but also with external vendors and IT consultants from overseas. I have also participated in Major System Migration and provide production standby support to troubleshoot the issues.
