I am passionate about digitalization and work love to bring my passion into my work. Seeing the fruition of my effort in changing and streamlining manual processes of compiling data into using digital solutions to create simplified process to reduce Turn-Around Time (TAT) in generating reports and response time to customers.

Bringing along with me 10 years of working experience, which includes 6 years of customer service experience and 2 years of digitalization experience.

 

Education

Equipped with a Bachelor of Business in Management helps me to understand how an organization operates and how buyer's behaviour. Through market research, we can identify and target different audiences' segment in using survey data/results to analyze ground sentiments or to make a decision if it is worth taking the risk to roll out a certain market strategy or market penetration.
