I am a highly capable and experienced veterinarian professional in the livestock, animal health and nutrition industry. Over the past 22 years of my career, I’ve built a solid technical foundation while honing my executive management skills through my Executive MBA degree and strong team leadership.

Over my many roles, I have consistently demonstrated solid expertise from the ground up to leading as a senior leader in the organisation in the following fields:

• Championing preventative medicine through usage of natural feed additives as alternatives to anticoccidials, antibiotics, and growth promoters in animal feed

My passion lies in continually championing sustainable livestock production and leading multi-faceted teams of veterinarians, animal nutritionists, species experts, product managers and marketing executives. Key Achievements:
• Industry key opinion leader as evidenced through continuous technical publications featured in scientific journals, industry conferences and oral presentations.
• Managing a portfolio for Southeast Asia and South Asia worth USD 125 million across multiple product lines that includes enzymes, gut health products, specialty nutrients and innovative solutions. 
• Managed four South Asian countries and a business worth INR 400 million during the Covid-19 pandemic, leading a team in India consisting of 25 staff, including 18 sales positions and 7 support staff which contributed an EBITDA improvement of 41% during this period. 
• Building sustainable food supply chain by improving livestock production performance through natural alternatives and removal of antibiotics in feed. This led to cost optimisation worth USD 4 million (USD 2 savings per metric tonne of feed produced) via the optimised gut health program (OGHP) which includes removal of antibiotics and growth promoters from feed, the optimisation of anticoccidial usage, and also the inclusion of cheaper, alternative raw materials by managing constraints associated with its use in feed formulation.
• Demonstrated marketing excellence through organisation of biennial, world-class customer events for key accounts which led to increase in market share of high margin products, helping the company achieve an EBITDA above 20% throughout the decade.
