- Reduce DSO with collection strategies
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debts.
- Lead and oversee the team to ensure smooth operation of collections activities within Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure the team comply with the SOP and cluster’s requirements.
