• Collaborated with Registered Nurses (RNs) in the coordination of care of patients. Assist physicians and RNs in bedside procedures, treatment and resuscitation or medical emergencies.
• Manage clinical supervision of new enrolled nurses, support care staff and coaching of nursing students in the delivery of nursing care.
• Strategize common causes of patient safety incidents and work with the supervisor and carry out quality improvement activities.

Completed my diploma in nursing awaiting for graduation.
