I have 12+ years of Railway systems experience in high value Railway projects and maintenance works with Operator & Maintenance and contractors in India & Singapore experience, I have developed a career in Project management; particularly project works such as Construction,scheduling, cost management, information management and reporting followed by foundation experience in site engineering. I am experienced in leading project management teams and is strongly capable of developing full life cycle project schedules from base principles. Beyond the critical path methodology, I am experienced in Linear Scheduling methods having applied these methodologies on Railway & metro projects across the full life cycle of a project from design through to commissioning and project completion and handover. I have played a key role as a Deputy construction manager and Planning and programming manager for the prestigious Singapore MRT track renewal and power supply renewal projects with includes replacement of track components, Power rail  and power asset replacement etc. and also played important  role overall in preparing, scheduling, monitoring, control and  co-ordination with all maintenance, operation and renewal projects as migration from legacy system to CBTC system etc.
