I am Kaung Myat Htet, a dedicated professional holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from West Yangon Technological University. My passion for construction project management has been honed through valuable experiences at Myanmar Cygnus Star Group of Co., Ltd and La Yaung Lin Construction Co. Ltd.

During my tenure as an intern and junior site engineer at Myanmar Cygnus Star Group of Co., Ltd, I developed strong skills in conducting site surveys, performing soil testing, and contributing to foundation design. These experiences provided me with a solid technical foundation and practical insights into construction processes.

In my recent role as a Site Engineer at La Yaung Lin Construction Co. Ltd in Yangon, I successfully managed a diverse array of site activities. This included meticulous planning, precise scheduling, and vigilant monitoring of work progress to ensure strict adherence to project timelines. I am particularly proud of my ability to maintain stringent quality controls, prepare detailed daily and weekly reports, and effectively liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

My hands-on experience in supervising on-site activities, combined with a strong commitment to upholding safety and environmental standards, has equipped me to thrive in dynamic and challenging work environments. I am eager to bring my skills in project management and construction engineering to contribute to your company’s innovative construction projects and help achieve excellence in every endeavor. • Supervising excavation work to meet design specifications.
• Overseeing concrete pouring, reinforcements placement and ensuring proper curing 
• Ensuring adhered to health and safety regulations on-site.

• Planning, scheduling, and monitoring work progress at site
• Continuously ensuring adherence to planned timelines
• Maintaining and monitoring quality controls
• Preparing and submitting all daily/weekly reports as required
• Identifying and assessing any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimizing environmental impact associated with the construction activities
• Ensuring safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
• Liaising with authorities, consultants and subcontractors.

Reason for leave – to broaden my career by seeking overseas opportunities.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from West Yangon Technological University, where I graduated in April 2023 by completing the thesis “Health and Safety Management for Six Units Four-Storeyed RCC Building”. This focused study equipped me with essential skills in ensuring construction site safety and adherence to regulatory standards. Combined with hands-on experience in project management gained through internships and roles in the field, I am well-prepared to contribute effectively to construction projects, ensuring quality and safety at every stage.
