○ Propose product opportunities and sales strategies
○ Ensuring all sales plans and reports are uniformly and properly executed
○ Maximise sales revenue by ensuring availability of merchandise
○ To be mindful and maintain a profit-driven mindset during any decision
making
○ Responsible for proper orientation and training of new/existing employees
and maintaining high morale throughout the store
○ Provide coaching, counseling and if necessary, disciplining of employees
○ Conduct staff performance appraisals
○ Assisting bosses/partners by performing the duties and tasks that are
assigned on the fly
