A leading online concierge and delivery service. honestbee has raised US$15 million in a series A round. Launched operations in July 2015 in Singapore and have since set up teams in Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Key Achievements

Set up B2B parcel services, including the setup of a 20k sq. ft sorting facility, BD and Marketing teams and last mile delivery team. Hit 20k monthly deliveries with strong partnerships with brands, style theory, Charles, and Keith and beautiful me.

Implemented and streamlined delivery operations procedures and network changes improving the operational efficiency by 20%. That together with 3PL contract negotiations reduced operational cost to a level that allowed honest bee’s operations to turn a monthly profit for the first time.
