10 years in Dow Chemical / Dow Corning as silicone application scientist (application and technical service development)

7 years in Brady Corporation as project manager, senior R&D Chemist, specialised in adhesive, coating development for high end industrial identification solutions. 

3 years in Threebond as structural adhesive R&D chemist specialising in different chemistries (epoxy, acrylic, plastics) used in different applications 

3 years in Shimano as R&D engineer specialising in fishing rod design and finishing.
