 PROJECT  SUMMARY

                                                Responsibilities

• Assisting PM with site progress meeting for the technical issue and schedule.Liaising clients’requirements and sub-contractor on site operations.
• Responsible for assuring the quality of precast production from factory and Coordinate with Site. 
• Pre-plan precast components construction schedule. Preparation and maintenance of quality control reports and records. 
• Conducting quality control inspection of the precast units before, during and after casting operation. 
• Inspection of al precast units upon delivery. Understanding well Drawings .Checking drawing discrepancy of any precast details.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractor 
• Full Supervision of concreting activity internal inspection for all activity on the site and working together with TC for helping closure reports for all the HDB,Consultant ,RE audit . 
• Open the NCR Doc and prepare the method of statements (MOS)for all the rectification to the PE,RTO,RE approval. 
• Coordination with Main contractor , sub-con and Site.

• Directs the quality control and quality assurance and technical
  services functions of the entire precast production 
• Perfoming of full inspection of mould receiving and daily pre-pour inspection of precast.
• Carried out precast panel inspection at required various stage (post-pour &pre-delivery).
• Liaising with Engineer & RTO for scheduled or unscheduled inspection.
• Keeping all quality record and photos required by respective departments.
• Coordination and assisting to Engineer /Manager on quality matters of steel moulds or precast concrete components.
• Ensuring the quality of the production of precast concrete components in accordance with latest approved shop drawings, work instructions and approved quality control methods.
• Assisting to senior engineer in managing a team of production Supervisors and workers in ensuring timely production and delivery of precast components.

• Estimate for construction costs and payment procedures who advises the client and budget control.
• Prepared and recommended monthly progress payment claims and final account submitted by the term contractors’ and to ensure timely and complete submission for payment

• Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities which involves quantity take off ,materials sourcing, measuring and
