Kianchong Lim

I have always been interested in the forces and dynamics that shape the world we inhabit. Cities, like all complex systems, have a synecdochic quality; where you can begin to understand the whole through its parts and vice versa. My journey began with a curiosity to understand this elaborate superstructure. This has brought me across many fields, from architecture to the desire to understand the executive decisions in development through private equity real estate and the Ministry of Finance, and most recently, consulting to investigate the developments at the digital frontier (in blockchain and the metaverse) that are bound to drastically upend how we conceive of the real world and the built environment around us. 

My journey to understand the superstructure of the world has brought me across many fields.
