● Designed and deployed an RPA workflow using UiPath Studio to detect contraband on e-commerce platforms,

winning the HTX eXceeding eXpectations Award

● Built classification models using machine learning (Gradient Boosting Classifier) and deep learning

(Autoencoders) to identify suspicious entities involved in smuggling contra-bands

● Analysed survey results by using Natural Language Processing techniques and performed topic modelling to identify the top topics of concern, automating current manual workflow

● Extracted rules from 3 policies and created a rule-based model in Python, achieving an accuracy rate of almost 80%

● Managed assets for the department, including procuring laptops, verifying invoices, tracking inventory, and liaising with vendors and officers, demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Developed an Excel-based dashboard to efficiently track laptop inventory for the department, streamlining inventory management processes and reducing errors.
