- Continuously monitor network systems and infrastructure in Amazon Web Services(AWS), Zabbix dashboard, Sentrypage alerts and Kibana dashboard for anomalies or issues. Proactively identify and resolve network-related problems to ensure uninterrupted service availability. 

- Respond to incidents, alerts, and service disrupons promptly. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or appropriate teams when necessary. Maintain incident logs, documentation and create incident reports. 

- Perform routine network maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and configuration changes. Ensure that network devices and systems are operating efficiently. 

- Collaborate with the security team to monitor network security systems. Assist in identifying and mitigating security threats and vulnerabilities. 

- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Keep network diagrams up to date. 

- Work closely with other IT teams, including network architects, system administrators, and support staff, to ensure seamless network operations. Escalate issues raised by customers using ticketing system such as JIRA. 

- Monitor network performance and capacity. Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance network performance. 

- Generate reports on network performance, incidents, and trends. Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. 

- Be part of the 24x7 to monitor and address critical network issues outside of regular business hours. Escalate issues that impact operation of production environment and also escalate those security threats and high vulnerability incidents.
