About Kristina Lane:

I have over 20+ years global management experience in the IT industry. I have built global virtual teams in Asia as well as in Europe. I have extensive experience in handling C-level customer contacts.

My managing style focuses on the individual’s development and how they can add to the team as I believe this is the key to success in building a good company culture and a strong team. I have always focused on how to benefit the end customer business as well as the internal organization. I have worked with program budgets of up to 40 MUSD.

Furthermore, I have entrepreneurial experience as I have started and grown new businesses both in Sweden and Singapore. My extensive experience spans across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas, Africa and the Middle East. Currently I am based in Singapore having returned in 2018.
