         Duties        : Sales and Servicing of Pumps, Compressors and Valves

• Selection and Installation of pumps and valves according to customers’ requirements.

2.Position     : Service Engineer (March 2009 to Feb 2011) 

         Company   : Uni Asia Motor Ltd (HONDA Automobile Service), Myanmar 

         Duties        : Servicing, troubleshooting, overhauling and maintenance of the following systems

• Automobile engines (Carburetor and Electronic Fuel Injection, EFI).

3.Position     : Service engineer (Apr 2011 to Jun 2011)

Duties        : Maintenance and Operating CNC machines, Bending machines and laser machines. Engraving with different materials.  Checking and testing of laser alignment. Assist in sale promoting events together with sale engineer. Deliver on-site training to all clients as and when required. 

4.Company   : Chyau Fwu Development (S) Pte Ltd, Parkview Square, Singapore

Position     : Chief Engineer (Jul 2011 to Present)

Duties        : 

• Planning Preventive Maintenance schedule for Building M&E systems.
• Daily Manpower arrangement for urgent and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure Licenses and Permits for Various Building Systems and Services are up to date and comply with relevant Authorities’ Rules and Regulations at all time.
• Project planning and coordination for upgrading works such as LED lighting. Upgrading on BAS monitoring system such as monthly building energy consumption. Modification of Chiller Back Up system to minimize disruption.
• Handling renovation and reinstatement projects.
• Prepare AutoCAD plans for tenancy works and other upgrading projects
• Cooperating with in-house contractors for rectification and upgrading works.
• Closely liaise with tenancy department for leasing matters.
• Liaising with tenant’s contractors for renovation and reinstatement works.
• Conduct briefing to tenant’s contractors about in-house rules and regulations.
• Checking
•  and making decision for the submitted proposed drawings from the tenant’s contractors for renovation projects.
• Cooperating with FSM and CERT (Company Emergency Response Team) for fire drill and fire safety matters.
• Perform as a Work-at-Height manager.
