About Lai Pheng Cheoy:

I am passionate in raising the community awareness of ear and hearing health, to help people understand the benefits of early intervention and reduce the stigma of hearing impairment. Besides, I enjoy building good rapport with my patients on a day-to day basis, understanding their needs and offer the best advise (encouragements) for them. I am more than happy to participate in voluntary events to educate the public on hearing conservation and promote early diagnosis of hearing-related problems.
