About Laura Neo:

I am a business development and client relations professional with 3.5 years of experience in lead and revenue generation. I have a record of success in new business development, bringing 30% of the overall company revenue during my tenure at Elliot & Co. Adept at booking new key account meetings through cold prospecting.

I have worked mainly for the APAC market, focusing on Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia. Proficient in cold outbound using sales tools such as Lusha, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and Salesforce. Also fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Currently, I am involved with business development work for the ANZ market at Apptio, an IT Financial Management SaaS where we offer businesses and enterprises the tool to optimize overall IT and Cloud spend.

Experience

Currently, I am involved with business development work for the Australian market at Apptio, an IT Financial Management SaaS.

To introduce myself, I am a Business Development professional with around 3.5 years of experience. I worked in Sales at Elliot & Co., a PR agency, before moving to Apptio. At Elliot & Co. I was responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle from cold prospecting to acquiring new clients. I achieved and exceeded my yearly targets of SGD420k for two years during my tenure. On top of that, I was responsible for developing and implementing new sales performance metrics and identifying and evaluating potential business growth opportunities, including working closely with the marketing team to strategize for new campaigns that would drive higher lead generation.

At Apptio, I worked for the Australian markets, reaching out to CIOs and Cloud Engineers of key enterprise accounts. I generated new business opportunities, including The Lottery Corporation, eHealth Queensland, Australian Federal Police, Worley Parsons, ACT Government, and Flybuys, contributing to a total of 2.5 million in the sales pipeline under active opportunities for the sellers in Q4, 2022. 

Education

I graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce - International Business and Law in June 2021 from Murdoch University. 

I decided to do my degree part time from 2019-2021, while working full time to gain as much professional experience.
