I’m currently working with Zscaler Inc, wherein, I work towards troubleshooting, testing and carrying out root cause analysis of zscaler client connector app and zscaler admin portal. I also work on developing test automation using automation Frameworks and scripting languages and Troubleshoot and resolve software related issues, reported by the customers using the working knowledge of TCP/IP stack, SSL, HTTP, DNS & DHCP protocol. Prior to it, I pursued a Master’s Degree in Computer Networks at the San Jose State University.which helped me gain knowledge in a blend of Networking and Software Engineering field and experience working independently and as part of fast-paced environment. The coursework gave me an opportunity to develop many real life projects ranging from, hacking the Wi-Fi password of wireless routers using Airckrack-ng in order to learn the vulnerabilities of wireless network as a part of network security course to creating a browser to browser audio/video communication using WebRTC framework. The network security course also helped me to learn in depth the concept of encryption, HTTP, HTTPS and the role of TLS/SSL handshake in ensuring also about  firewall, intrusion prevention system. I had also got the chance of developing ChatApplication which so closely resembled our whatsapp and iMessage using java, React and Node.js.

Prior to SJSU, my 2 years of work experience at Ericsson was into troubleshooting critical Windows and Linux server issues using Windows Power shell, RHEL commands and periodic health checks by generating 21 reports per week using tools like Grafana and BMC Patrol. In the process of which, I achieved an uptime of 100% for all the client servers ensuring its High availability by proactively forecasting the occurrence of major events. Furthermore, I provided excellent customer service to our client, Mobily by ensuring smooth functioning of sensitive parts of the telecom sector, increasing the storage capacity of Database and enhancing the operational efficiency of the servers, thereby being recognized as the, “Employee of the year” (2018). I’m proficient in Windows Powershell, PL/SQL, RHEL.
