About Lesley Tai:

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in network performance, forensics analysis, and security solutions that defend against social engineering tactics including influencing employee to value security in an organization. My experience includes a broad range of security certifications, including the top certificate in cybersecurity, the CISSP as well as SACP (Security Awareness Cultural Professional). My CCSP, AWS Certified Security-Specialty, and Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate certifications have also given me a comprehensive understanding of security in cloud computing environments. In my present position, I am accountable for overseeing security projects, mentoring and fostering the growth of my team, conducting proof-of-concept exercises for clients, evaluating and addressing requests for information/proposals, and acting as a cybersecurity advocate in worldwide webinars focused on conveying cybersecurity messages to APAC clients. Furthermore, I have showcased my proficiency in recognizing and minimizing social engineering assaults by implementing training and awareness initiatives. In addition, my extensive technical knowledge and experience with network and security technologies, including Cisco, Juniper, Oracle, and AWS, have prepared me well to manage and implement cybersecurity solutions that protect against attacks.

  • Ability to evaluate and respond to RFI/RFP requests.
  • Conducting product training sessions for SE staff, customers, and partners across multiple regions.
  • Collaborating with the Product team to enhance product features and fix bugs, acting as a product evangelist to provide ideas for product improvement.
  • Experience in serving as a security evangelist, delivering webinars or presentations on cybersecurity topics at events across the APAC region.
  • Participating in global road shows or events as a product specialist, performing technical demos and responding to technical questions from customers.
  • Conducting technical training and product onboarding for partners and customers.
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers to resolve customer issues throughout the region.
