EXPERIENCE IN TRADE FINANCE

EXPORT
- Process payment and inform customers of incoming funds.
- Process and check export collection bills and bills under letter of credit sent on collection basis.
- Liaise with customers and attend to their calls and queries.
- Courier documents using DHL.
- Send tracers for bills unaccepted or overdue.
- Fax and inform customers of discrepancies.
- LC Advising.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

IMPORT
- Register documents under LC and collection
- Payment under LC, DP and DA bills.
- Liaise with customers and also attend to their calls and queries.
- Generate reports for day and month end.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.

BANKER'S GUARANTEE
- Vet Banker's Guarantee text and format for customers.
- Prepare and issue Banker's Guarantee.
- Monitor and process Banker's Guarantee payments and funds.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
