• Supervised team of 15 QA technicans/Ass’t Engineers to perform casting mold/plastic injection mold and precision machining parts for FAI qualification.
• In charge incoming,in process and outgoing inspection data review, feedback any quality issues,and made pass endorsement if the data is OK.
• Joined supplier quality system audit and internal quality system ISO9001:2015 audit, maintain and update quality procedure and records.
• Led trouble shooting meeting,collaborated with the engineering, production department,customers and suppliers to find the solution for the quality issues.
• Held brainstorm meeting for root cause tracing,with fish bone,why-why methods to figure out the final reason.
• Prepared the work instruction,inspection plan and guided inspectors to carry out the measurement.
• Prepared monthly yield data (in house and supliers) for management review.
• Achieved CMM/Scope data auto-entry into FAI template by developing VBA code of excel for QA inspection report compiling,so as to make the efficiency for the preparation .
• Developed measurement difficulty procedure to address the measurement issue,sharing the inspection ideas with team.
• Developed the compensation method for the deformation/warpage of the parts.
• Developed CMM /Smart Scope internal calibration procedure to reduce external calibration for cost saving.
• Developed casting VMI internal control template with team together.
• Developed plastic impeller balance adjustment template of the calculation.
• Deleloped plastic house ID adjustment template for the deformation.
• Maintained 3Q6S activity in QA department.
• Created 8D report for customer failure improvement,and satisfied the customer.
