Hi! I recently graduated with a diploma in design for user experience at Republic Polytechnic. I am interested in pursuing a job in UX/UI & graphic design. I decided to pursue this field as I enjoy the challenge of using my creativity to come up with designs that appeal to both users and a company's interests. Some of my hobbies include painting, drawing and fashion. I hope to join a company that allows me to grow within the field to learn more about the industry and become a better designer.
Experience
I have experience working in both USER doing UX/UI design, user testing and graphic design. As well as, Banyan Tree doing brand communications, where I focused mainly on the design and visual elements for the brand. Through both these internships I became proficient in software like photoshop, illustrator, adobeXD, figma, canva, fusion 360 and axure.
Education
I am a graduate in Republic polytechnic doing UX design. In this, I got to learn various types of design ranging from UI, graphic, spatial, brand communications and product design. I won bronze in my team for Crowbar awards 2021 in 3 categories, where I focused on UI design. I have a 3.33GPA, being placed in the directors roll, receiving the module prize for interaction design and getting 2 scholarships from both the Choo-lim and daisy phay foundation, for having good academic results and taking up leadership positions.
