With 25 years of experience in the construction industry & generally managing or supervising multiple disciplines in the project. As a Construction Supervisor for civil, structural, & plumbing work, I have experience with multi-storey commercial & residential building, warehouses, gymnasium, and roads & drainage projects in my home country. As a Construction Supervisor for piping & mechanical, I have experience with the installation, testing, precommissioning, & commissioning of LNG process & utility piping systems, cross-country gas pipelines, supply/return sea cooling water system, and supply/return chilled water piping projects with Qatar Petroleum & Future Pipe/Gulf Eternit. Furthermore, I have been a Planning Engineer for mass housing projects with Saudi Binladin Group & Arabian Fal Co. Job Description
 Coordinate with the Project Manager in project planning, monitoring and cost control of site works.
 Coordinate with the Project Manager for any work that deviates from or has discrepancies with the project specification, drawings and contract agreement.
 Oversee day-to-day civil, structural and plumbing works, and ensure that the works carried out and completed on time without compromising safety and quality objectives.
 Oversee the planning and scheduling of manpower recruitment, manpower mobilization and demobilization, equipment, delivery and inventory of construction materials.

 Manage correspondence, e-mails and documentation between us and client’s representative, and consultant.
 Attend regular meeting with the client representatives, consultant, supplier to facilitate the progress and solve all issues with the project.

 Ensure timely reporting and assist in investigation of all safety violations and incidents on the jobs including identifying corrective actions to mitigate or eliminate hazards.
 Maintain a daily record of all manpower, equipment, tools, and delivery and inventory of construction materials. Also, maintain records of weather conditions, work stoppage, safety violation and incidents, non-conformity, and disputes. 
 Identify potential health, environment and safety hazards at site and take action to prevent incidents.

Job Description
A) Plant Inspection
 Review the RTR vendor’s QA/QC documents, e.g., equipment certificates, inspection test plan and quality plan.
 Review/surveillance of fiberglass raw materials for pipe production, e.g., glass fiber, polyester resin, catalyst/hardener, woven roving, surface mat, and silica sand.
 Witnessing/surveillance of product testing, e.g., pipe stiffness test, axial tensile strength, hoop tensile strength, loss ignition test, barcol hardness, dimensional inspection, visual inspection, hydrostatic test, marking/identification, and impact test.
 Pre-inspection, review of documentation, and issuance of inspection release.
B) Construction
 Overseeing RTR Contractor in implementing civil works e.g. trench excavation, backfilling and compaction operations, installation/erection of structural steel supports, pre-cast culvert, thrust blocks, protection slabs, road pipe sleeves/spacers, valve pits, manholes & pipe markers.
 Overseeing RTR Contractor’s in implementing piping & mechanical works e.g. spool fabrication, pipe/spool stringing, heavy lift & rigging, laying & jointing (adhesive cement joint, field joint lamination, double coupling joint & rubber key lock joint), joint curing, hydrotesting, valves & expansion joint, saddles, guides & supports, flange alignment & torqueing, pipeline flushing & disinfection, tie-ins works, jacketing & foaming/insulation, repair works, valves, expansion rubber bellows, vacuum breakers, etc. 
 Monitoring of construction progress during execution of contracts and ensure contractor’s are performing to the agreed schedule/target.
 Coordinate EPIC Contractor's mobilization and demobilization of manpower, tools, and equipment.
C) Site QA/QC and Inspection
 Monitor and ensure RTR Contractor’s pipe fitters and bonders/laminators tasked with jointing are trained and certified.
 Monitor the activities of RTR Contractor’s to ensure quality of work is in compliance with project specification, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with approved shop drawings, and report any deviations to Lead Construction Supervisor or QA/QC Engineer.
 Monitor RTR Contractor’s stores to ensure that all storage, handling and preservation activities are carried out as per the manufacturer recommendations and issued for intended purpose.
 Monitor and ensure RTR Contractors strictly execute & complies the project Method Statement, Site Quality Plan (SQP) & Quality Control Procedure (QCP) to achieve all quality control aspects at site.
 Perform inspection (RFI) and ensure EPIC Contractor’s to carry out inspection as per Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), and attend corrective measures immediately to reduce or eliminate NCR"s/CAR's. 
 Perform visual & physical inspection of all piping & mechanical material submittal, and incoming materials at work site and generate nonconformity report if any.
D) Engineering & Documentation
 Examine the RTR Contractor's Site Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, and Method Statement, as well as the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hydrotest Package.
 Review and monitor the submittal of IFC and AFC drawings by the RTR contractors to ensure that these are accurate and issued on time.
 Overseeing and raising the punch list, as well as ensuring RTR contractor clearance.
 Review of Piping and Mechanical Works Handover Dossiers, Red Line Mark-Up, and As-Built Drawings.

Job Description
 Supervise contractor for proper and applicable handling, storage, bedding, laying, jointing, backfilling, bolt tightening and hydrostatic testing to achieve a satisfactory installation of the RTR pipeline. 
 Supervise spool fabricator, pipe fitter and bonder/laminator to carry out activities as per approved drawing & specification.
 Conduct on-site training for the contractor’s crew related to installation of pipeline i.e. to use shaving machine, jointing and curing, resin & catalyst mixing ratio, storing & identification of raw materials, repair, hydrostatic test, etc.
 Participate in checking isometric drawings and bill of materials & quantity.
 Prepare and maintain a daily record of progress noting special comments. Report to Site Services Manager for any Non-Conformities or contractual deviations committed by the contractor and recommends appropriate actions.
 Generate piping layout, isometric drawings and shop drawings for pipe spooling. 
 Prepare bill of materials & quantity, method of statement or procedure for quality control and assurance, quotations, technical submittals, ITP’s and site quality plan.
 Prepare detailed schedule on materials, installation, hydrotesting & commissioning for review & approval of supervisor & client.
 Prepare periodic reports regarding the progress of the projects.
 Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
 Ensure that repair techniques, repair procedures, and equipment-specific training are documented and accessible.
 Comply with EH&S guidelines and overall safety processes.

Job Description
 Update the overall programs. Prepares in conjunction with the concerned staff the detailed short-term working programs as necessary, accentuating any revision in the sequences of duration of activities arising from enforced changes being made to the overall program. 
 Checks progress on the above programs by frequent site inspection, and stress to site supervisors the need to adhere to the required sequences and duration of the scheduled activities. 
 Where necessary draws up daily programs showing hourly resource allocation for manpower, plant and factory production items. Recommends priorities for allocation in the event of conflicting demands and co-ordinates the transfer of labor as necessary. 
 Prepare and update labor resource programs showing the work force required for each direct trade, and for major sub-contractors when applicable. 
 Prepare programs for major site operations and production facilities (earthworks concrete production, pre-casting, steel fabrication, etc.) and monitors output to ensure that site requirements are met. 
 Monitor all change orders to the contract to make certain that all additions and deletions are incorporated in revisions of the construction method statement and the overall program.
