Final year Life Science student at the National University of Singapore (NUS), with a focus on Molecular Cell Biology as well as Microbiology. I am currently a Research and Product Development Intern at Ants Innovate, working on incorporating cells into plant proteins to simulate conventional minced meat products.

• Performed aseptic cell culture techniques including both adherent and suspension cell culture 
• Develop a method for flavour extraction from mammalian cells 
• Design optimal incorporation method for the company’s Cell Essence 
• Optimise prototype vessel for incorporation of the company’s Cell Essence 
• Conducted sensory evaluations to obtain results on which methods resulted in the best flavour
