Exportation:

• Planning and booking freight schedule as per Sales Team request.
• Arrange haulier and proceed stuffing in a timely manner, prepare documents for the forwarder to proceed clearance.
• Prepare full set of export documentations to customer (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Insurance Certificate, Form E, Letter of Credit & etc.).
• Make sure the documentation fulfills the requirement of LC if needed.
• Follow up the whole shipment until it discharges from POD.
• Key in invoice in the SAP system and prepare documents for Account Department to proceed with payment (Forwarder & Haulier).
• Familiar with whole exportation process and Incoterms.
  Achievement:
• ZERO penalty caused by error in Export documentation.
• Successfully completed INCOTERMS 2020 NEW UPDATE learning host by Ideapro Logix Sdn Bhd.
• Filling all the documentations neatly and nicely.

Importation:

• Record data while receive importation notice from the Raw Materials Department.
• Examine the Free Time granted at POD.
• Track and trace all upcoming shipments and make sure all NOA should be received 2 days before shipment ETA.
• Examine the invoice from liner and inform forwarder to pay on behalf.
• Forward necessary documents to the forwarder to proceed clearance. Meanwhile, trace the status of customs inspection and make sure containers unloading and return to container yard punctually.
• Key in invoice in the SAP system and prepare documents for Account Department to proceed with payment (Forwarder & Haulier).
  Achievement:
• Successfully track and trace all the shipment without any left out.
• Successfully make sure all the containers return within free time.

Others:

• Handling local and Singapore raw materials collecting or delivery.
