1. Familiar in shipbuilding/ship repair works Hull, Piping, Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Commissioning, Quality control, Dry dock/Up slip shipyard operation, Sea trial, DP System and FMEA. 
2. Ship repair works quotation/costing enquiries, issue purchase order, machinery inspection clearance/measurement reports, work done reports and invoices. Berthing service quotation and invoices.
3. Welding, Welding Inspection, Welding procedure qualification, Procedure qualification record, Welder certificates, NDT plan, Inspection Test Plan, Inclining experiment and equipment Test Protocol as per classification rules and regulation requirements. 
4. Marine Regulation: SOLAS, IMO, Marpol, LSA, FFA, ILO, Load lines, ISM ISPS, ABS, DNV and BV. 
5. International codes: ASME Boiler Pressure vessel code, Process Piping code ASME B31.3, Structural welding code AWS D1.1 and Piping API 1104.
6. More than 25 years experience in shipbuilding and ship repair. Completed and delivered successfully more than 40 new shipbuilding AHTS, PSV, DSV, MPV, Oil tankers, container carrier and passenger carrying speed boat type of vessels.

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering Passed IInd Class Honors from National University of Singapore.
2. Shipyard Ship Repair Manager, Work at Height for Manager and Port Facility Security Officer courses passed from Ministry of Manpower approved training center, Singapore.
3. Welding Inspector CSWIP 3.1 course completed in TWISEA, United Kingdom.
4. NTC – 3, “Boiler pipe fitting” passed from ITE, Singapore.
5. QEHS internal auditor ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 course completed from Luke Philips training center, Singapore.
