Completed 2 years of Nitec in Pastry & Baking in 2019 and decided to explore other different industries to find a suited career until landing into customer service role under healthcare which embarked my career. Possessing a natural ability to connect with others through effective listening, communication and problem solving skills. I am eager and determine to learn, I have the ability and desire to work in a challenging environment, a fanatical attention to details, enjoy conversations day to day meeting new people on the job and a highly driven sense of motivation.

In the begining I explored different careers until I landed in a hospital at NUH and it embark my career as a healthcare worker supporting on customer service , administrative duties and chaperoning. After 4 years working at NUH, I decided it was time for me to take a break and explore other various opportunities and to aim a better work life balance. 

Graduated from Nitec Pastry and Baking. Wanted to join Visual comm however didn't get in so I went for second passion and interest in mind. I learned alot of the hospitality industry and baked various desserts and undergo an industrial attachment.
