Program Manager Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore)  Full-time Oct 2013 - Sep 2021 

- Led team to manage MOH projects amounting to $15m annually in areas of budget planning, administration and performance indicators review. Reviewed processes and guidelines to ensure a sustainable model. 
- Supported sector wide interactive forum and platforms to raise capabilities for community care sector. Successfully developed regional based network with Regional Health System (RHS), ILTC sector, primary care providers and grassroots organizations to build an integrated network in the Central region. 
- Coordinated with stakeholders to address capability gaps in the sector. Key achievements the developments of Mental Health and Dementia Competency Framework roll-out. 
- Scientific Committee for the Singapore Mental Health Conference 2014 and 2016 to manage conference program which attracted more than 1000 delegates across health and social care sectors. 
- Directed the Disaster Call Tree Activation exercise and developed Standard Operating Procedures to guide implementation plans on Incident Reporting Processes.
