EXPERIENCE 1:

▪ Working as a FACILITY ENGINEER in PEPPERL +FUCHS ASIA PTE LTE, SINGAPORE.

From 01/03/2022 to till date.

Work Description:

•    Facilities Mechanical experience in Semiconductor manufacturing sector. Experience in handling Fan Filter Unit (FFU), cleanroom environment in term of temperature, Relative Humidity, airborne molecular contamination (AMC), ionizer, exhaust system comprised of acid, caustic, general & solvent.

•    Facilities Management (FM) experience in manufacturing building. Experience in managing 
i. Hard FM services: HVAC, high & low tension electrical, compressor Dry air Systems, liquid & nitrogen gas, plumbing & sanitary, fire alarm and fire protection, Chilled Water System, Cooling tower system, ACMV, AHU, FCU,CRAC units, Exhaust system, Water tank system, PA system, UPS Systems, Generators, Transformers, Switchgears, Lifts in building.

•     Ensure organizational facilities operation complies to local regulations related to BCA, MOM, SCDF, and PUB.

•    Carry out periodic performance assessment for in-house contractor in term of their WSH compliance, service rendered quality, competency, etc.

•    Prepare RFQ, vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, purchase requisition, service rendered evaluation and invoicing.

•    Lead team of 8 comprised of assistance engineers, technicians, and in-house contractors to operate and maintain facilities system operation in optimum way.

•    Prepare KPI for direct reported & carry out periodic review to ensure their achievement.

Work Description:

•    Manage and maintain the building by conducting routine check and preventive maintenance for the building.

•    Planning to Routine check in the maintenance of mechanical and Electrical systems ACMV /HVAC, Air compressor, Lift, Securities, AHU, FCU, Cooling tower system, Chiller system, Cleaning services, Refuse disposal, Pest control, Landscaping, Fire alarm and Fire protection system, Portable and Non Portable water Tank System, Lighting system.

•    To ensure that the facilities equipment are operated and maintained to meet the safety, reliability and availability standards of SOP.

•    Supervise and ensure term contractor carry out the routines and ad-hoc works in accordance to the Contract.

•    We are Operating and monitoring in BMS and BAS Systems Like ACMV, HVAC, Lighting System, Card Access System, Fire Alarm systems, AV Systems.

•   All the complaints to keep in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

•    Attend to all complaints, feedback, incidents and crisis situations and submit incident report

•    Coordinate, attend meetings and inspections and follow-up with Authorities, Departments and services providers.

•    We are doing Electrical lights changing, ballast replacement, MCB and RCCB replacements, Timers and Relays replacements, power trip reset some troubleshooting of DB.
