I have always been interested in solution for waste management, alleviate poverty, and ensure food and nutritional security. My past experience in the field of solid waste management, environmental protection, low-cost organic waste treatment, for converting them into a high-quality feed ingredient (protein and fats) for livestock animal, poultry and aquaculture, have given me a firm foundation in the skills required in this role. Moreover, I am self-motivated and a strong sense of responsibility and commitment, strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities, making relationships with people inside and outside the institution, which make me a good fit. 

I have established solid waste management financial system; prepare the current SWM situation report and waste characterization study. In my work on BSF, I got more omega-3 FAs (especially DHA) in BSF's bodies from Schizochytrium microalgae waste, recorded that BSF amino acid profile was met the requirement of feeding meat-type and laying hens, growing and breeding quail, growing pigs (20-50 kg), shrimp, fish and brood-stock Atlantic salmon more than fish meal and soybean meal. Also, I could reduce the amount of silkworm pupae residual, which have high amount of Se, with no accumulation of Se in BSF's bodies. Moreover, the huge amount of olive oil pomace, which is the biggest problem in the Mediterranean countries, was solved by reducing them with BSF in one of my article. Using these skills I achieved, they contributed to solve some problems of organic waste. This shows my ability to manage on-farm and on-station experiments that compare the performance of different insect meal inclusion levels of full-fatted and defatted black soldier fly larvae meal in livestock and fish production, and establish the ecological significance of black soldier fly.

I make my MSc in Applied Environmental Geosciences, Environmental Protection & Water Resources Management. 

I move forward to study my PhD. As a PhD candidate at Northwest Agriculture & Forestry University, China. I was responsible for designing and implementing a research centre of rearing Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae at my university and gained experience in bioconversion of organic substrates by BSF to producing sustainable protein ingredients for aquaculture, livestock, and pet nutrition.
