About Matthew Almonte:

A former Third Warrant Officer. Held the appointment of Senior Investigation Officer with the Special Investigation Branch / SAF Military Police Command. An independent, committed and motivated individual with a 19-year experience in law enforcement work in the area of field investigation and crime scene examination. A former Senior Executive in the Enforcement Section, National Environment Agency. I thrive and excel in field work and operations as well the planning of operations.

Experience

I spent 24 years in the military handling investigations and training. Retired from the service in 2019 and was subsequently employed by Chye Thiam Maintenance Pte Ltd taking care of the maintenance and cleanliness within Universal Studios. Left Chye Thiam Maintenance Pte Ltd to join the National Environment Agency (NEA) under enforcement. I subsequently left to join the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) in the Tobacco Regulation Branch (TRB) conducting investigations into selling of unlicensed tobacco products and vaporisers.
