• Conduct daily Toolbox meeting, with subcontractor’s job site. 
• Conduct safety briefing on heavy lift operations or high-risk job, 
• Conduct daily toolbox with the subcontractors.
• Conduct weekly safety talk/ briefing.
• Implement HSE procedures.

• New employs join company conduct first day induction explain company policy and rules regulation.
• Coordinate with client, suppliers/sub-contractors on project matters.
• Ensure that documents are submitted to clients and relevant authorities. 
• Attend Supervisor/Project coordination/ Owner and Contractor meetings as requested.
• Following up on all outstanding safety-related issues
• Prepare Risk Assessment /JLA /JSA and work method statement for various project. 
• Review sub-contractors’ method statements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.
• Giving clear directions to Worker & Supervisor with safe work guideline 
• Ensure all safety and health planning is in place prior to work commencement.
• Coordinate with safety department for compliance with health, safety and environment procedure.
• Preparation of Safety coordination meeting and toolbox meeting minutes,
• Checking and reporting the site condition and Machineries,
• Preparation of checklists for the machineries,
• Attend monthly safety committee meeting 

• Coordination of safety workers and construction workers
• Preparation and submission of daily reports to the Site manager/safety manager 
• Observe site activity with close monitor high risk activity 
• Managing Safety standard level at Project site 
• Conducting routine company site safety inspection at work site 
• Conduct weekly inspections with subcontractors’ supervisors.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment at the site are in good working conditions and have all the necessary working certificates.
• Ensuring that project HSE requirements are communicated and implemented at all levels of workforce.
• Taking care of Hygiene and Environmental aspects in project area 
• Promoting safety awareness among personnel at all levels through audio visual means, safety literature, toolbox meetings etc.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment’s by all workforce at Project site,
• Update safety records into the safety systems
