and cost of vehicles.
•Explaining insurance coverage, including deductible
requirements and optional coverage available for an
additional fee.
•Helping customers choose a vehicle that meets their
needs, based on factors such as price, mileage
allowance.
•Arranging for car maintenance, repairs to damaged
vehicles or arranging for replacements when vehicles are
breakdown/accident.
•Take bookings and explain the terms of rental
agreements.
•Complete paperwork.
•Update system records and take payments.
•Showing customers to their vehicle and pointing out
any bumps, scrapes or special features.
•Keep follow up payment.
•Checking mileage and inspecting for damage when
vehicles are returned.
