Michellin Lim

I am a Year 2 student pursuing a Diploma in 3D Animation at LASALLE College of the Arts, and I am searching for an internship that is relevant to my Diploma between July - September! 

Because art felt to me like a freedom of expression, I have always liked it. Ultimately, it transitioned from a hobby to a profession I'd like to pursue. 

Over the years of studying art, I've pushed myself out of my comfort zone to expose myself to different kinds of mediums and skillsets. I studied graphic design at ITE College Central, 2D animation at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, and most recently 3D animation and modeling at LASALLE College of the Arts.

My most recent accomplishment was winning Best Animation in the Senior Category in an competition hosted by Tall to Wide Film Festival. "The Distant Call” is a segment of the film that I animated and it emphasizes on biodiversity.

In my spare time, I usually do art commissions, voluntary design work and doing my own illustrations on Procreate
