Mike Lee

Currently, I am working as the Principal Project Director at NCS Pte Ltd since February 2023. In this role, I have successfully crafted, negotiated, and signed off on a $22 million digital transformation project with a social enterprise customer. I lead a delivery team of 65 NCS resources and 15 external vendor resources, managing nine workstream leads to drive project deliverables. I am  accountable for the project's P/L margin, cost, scope, and timeline, adopting project tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint Online for project management.

Prior to his current position, I worked at Avnet Asia Pte Ltd as the Senior E-commerce Manager in the Global Information Solutions (GIS) division from January 2016 to January 2023, managing a team of Managers, BAs and Developers.   Here, I was responsible for managing a collection of custom bespoke products and EDI systems within the APAC region. I grew and scaled several in-house products, such as ML Pricing Engine, WebQuote, Forecast Inventory, and Warehouse Goods Receive, PCN and Automated Barcode solution. I also led digital transformation initiatives where we move on-prem solutions to cloud, low-code citizen development programs, and the re-architecting of the regional IT landscape to adopt a global cloud architecture framework.  Doing POC and Innovative Solution

From February 2010 to April 2015, Mike served as a Senior Manager at Accenture Pte Ltd. He worked on major business and transformation project for BHP Billiton, including leading SAP Portal initiatives as a SAP Portal Lead and SAP Security Lead. During his time at Accenture, I delivered significant work worth millions of dollars to the client.

Before joining Accenture, Mike was a SAP Principal IT Analyst at Singapore Management University (SMU) from March 2009 to February 2010. He led a team to support SAP Basis, MM, and Travel Management, and successfully delivered the SAP ECC patch upgrade and SAP Knowledge Management & Collaboration implementation.

Earlier in his career, Mike worked at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) Australia as a Senior SAP NetWeaver Portal Consultant from October 2006 to February 2009. He provided project and support consultancy for clients' SAP Portal systems and played a key role in upgrading different SAP Portal instances worldwide.

Mike's work experience also includes serving as a Principal Technical Staff at Tech Semiconductor from April 1999 to June 2006. He started as a Software Developer and DBA, gradually transitioning to SAP projects where he led various implementations and upgrades.
