▪ Responsible to perform full spectrum of Accounts Payables function & month-end closing of AP module & AP Invoice Matching and record (PR, PO, DO, Services report & Quotation) & Mid, monthly, and ad-hoc payments (Giro and Cheque) 

▪ Daily direct Giro transaction record and request supporting document, if any 

▪ Perform monthly SO reconciliation. 

▪ In-charge of daily recording & disseminating of invoices and CNs received for approval.

▪ Request for quotations for finance & admin related services & oil related. 

▪ Issuance of PR & PO for finance & admin related services. 

▪ Liaise with Operation teams for any CN or purchase order issues. 

▪ Liaise with internal Accounts Receivable personnel for cheque exchange/cheque collection 

▪ Act as petty cash custodian of $200 & manage petty cash count. 

▪ Check credit card statements & request for necessary supporting. 

▪ Online purchase of office & pantry supplies, toiletries & stationeries ▪ Arrange printing of letterhead, envelopes and name cards ▪ Arrange for courier services/despatch. 

▪ Assist Senior Accounts Executive/ Accountant on the following: - 

1) Half-yearly/yearly evaluation of suppliers & monthly cost accrual 

2) daily updating of subcontractor cost to match with our billing to customers. 

3) Any other duties as assigned.
