I’ve been in the service sector for 5 years. I am someone that loves to travel around the world meeting new people and learning new culture and languages. During my free time, I spend my time in the gym or go out for a walk and learn new language. I am a disciplined & motivated individual and loves to take up leadership role to improve my soft skills. 

Experience

I’ve been in the Service sector for 5 years. I enjoy working in service line as I get to meet new people to talk to and provide customer satisfaction. Throughout this 5 years, I have learnt to be calm in difficult situation and remain professional as to not escalate the problem to get out of hands. I also managed to adopt problem solving skills to solve the issue in a quick time manner. I am proud to be in the service line and would like to continue this journey.
