I would like to apply for the position of cook/chef with SGH.

I retired from Singapore Airlines Ltd in 2020 after serving for almost 24 years as a Leading Steward.

Currently I run a Western food stall at De La Salle School.

I have a Certificate in Food Services and Diploma in Baking Arts. I already enrolled in Higher Certificate in Food Services with Shatec.

I am physically fit and trains at the gym 3 times a week. 

I count cooking and baking as my passions.

My professional experiences include handling of food and beverages, handling of passengers and in flight safety duties.

I have 6 GCE'O' levels including English. I also have a Certificate in Culinary Services (Asian Culinary Institute), Diploma in Baking Arts (Baking Industry Training Centre) and Certificates in Cake/Bread/Pastry (Baking Industry Training Centre). I have enrolled in Higher Certificate in Culinary Services (Shatec).
